6 weeks ago my HOA contracted Dynamite to resurface our parking lot. The company now has said it will cost more but refuse to supply invoices as to why. Meanwhile we are now 6 weeks scrambleing to find a spot to park on the street. We hear that our HOA is going to cave to their demands out of desperation & frustration, but I have not seen one of their trucks as of today.
