I have lived in El Camino MHP for over 15 years and find it to be a very nice place to live. The management is fair with all residents and the park is kept neat and clean. The space rent is
well below the average park in the area when you consider all of the add on costs of the other parks. (By the way: Jerry does not have his daughter living the park) bad information from a disgruntled resident.

This mobile home park is a 55+ age park, but yet the owner Jerry Corbin has moved his 24 yr old daughter into one of his empty trailers, but if anyone else has their kids living here, he has a fit & eviction is started. Jerry Corbin has two sets of rules, one for his family & friends & the other for the rest of those living in that mobile home park. Jerry Corbin at (602) 228-5688 doesn't follow the Arizona State laws for mobile home parks. The rent here is not cheaper than others as he stated on some websites that he is seller homes under. There are several mobile home parks in the area with lower rent & have better facilities. There is no pool here & the jacuzzi hours are not where those that like to relaz in the evenings can use it.
