I walked in the door and before I was even examined Dr Dyer said I needed turbine reduction, since I am missing most of them this was irrational and nothing but a way to get some money out of me.



The office staff are completely unprofessional and think about themselves more that the patients.



I waited for a callback from the dr for my child because of an issue with her medication. I walked around with a phone in may hand for 4 hours and at 9 pm i gave up. The next day I never got a call either and when I called I got the run around.



I now have a new DR and will never ever go back there.



NEVER EVER GO HERE



THEY WANT YOUR MONEY AND WILL PERFORM UNNEEDED PROCEDURES TO GET IT FROM YOU

Ear dr. S. Bailey was v. unprofessional, sarcastic from the start. He didnt listen or even take a look, but said multiple times..nothing is wrong as he rubbed my neck too long. Yuk! I complained to the office and insurance co-hope they listened. I rarely go to a dr but when I do, something has been really bothered a time. Not sure of the other docs here, but my experience-less than 1 star. Also-seems like a money factory-get patients out quickly with no regards to quality.

My child had an emergency and the Doctor handled it very well. Later I received a charge that was not correct and discussed it with the office manager. She refused to handle it. She turned it in to a credit bureau.
