Provided by YP.comI cant believe i was fool by this people. At the beginning they were nice and really professional they even gave me a $200 brake on my deductible. untill the day i picked up my car OMG overspray everywhere!! , the color was diferent!! nothing aligned!!
my registration was taken from the car!!! and on top of that i had to pay $300 for rental beacause according with my insurance they took to long to repair it (i aggre with tthat). after few days i noticed a sound so i took my car to my mechanic and found out replacement parts were aftermarket when State Farm my insurance only uses original or used parts.. shame on you Ernesto. hope you and places like you go out of business soon.
The saddest think about helping people is when you do your best and no matter what there is always those ungrateful people who are greedy enough to be never satisfy to the point to lie and make things up, to bite the helping hand and so they get others approval. the delays to this car where because this customer want us to get more money from her insurance while she was in a rental car paid by the insurance her aditional cost in rental fees were because she believe she had free rental for ever plus she had to pay for insurance on the rental. no aftermarket parts were used only OEM.

Provided by YP.comErnesto is very cheap. You get what you pay for. So I understand the bad reviews, although the work is great for the price. Dont expect a show car for mexican prices. ernesto is honest and good

Provided by YP.comNow im driving a two tone Mustang thanks to Ernesto's auto body. They painted my car 2 times and stil not good, i took my car to my insurance body shop and almost laugh at me for taking my car to a hole in the wall shop... im going to report this shop to the DMV because i don't want this to happen to anyone else. Shame on you Ernesto
from the beginning we explain to you that the paint on your car is faded and that we were going to do out best to match it and suggested you to paint the whole car but you didn't want to pay an extra $300 to cover the cost of materials and you declined the offer, remember? we even tried twice to please you but you seem to be unhappy I guess you want a free paint job. sorry for the inconvenience but there is only so much we can do.

Provided by YP.comAvoid this place at all cost....... i picked up my truck last week and all my coins and glasses were missing from my truck. The money isnt the issue, the owners attitude is what made me write this review. Rude, unprofessional and Dishonest. Dont go there or take all your valuables with you. you choose!!!
so u said you lost $10.00 dlls. but I Di great work for u and Di not charge you the $ 500.00 deductible and u know not to live money unattended. my apology for u loss

Provided by SuperpagesI just recently had an accident. I needed my car fixed fast. I took my car the same day. Got an Estimate quick and simple. I left my car the next morning and was able to pick my car up in 24 hrs. The paint was good. Matched perfectly. I got a good price compared to the other bodyshops in the area. The workers are friendly. And my car was safe all night. Nothing of my personal items were touched. I would defenitely refer this company to anyone.
