We're on the Do Not Call List for years, never did business with them. When we mentioned we're on that list, they quickly hung up...Not the kind of company you would want to do business with!

Provided by YP.comThey constantly call from different numbers (so you can't effectively block them). They have never provided services for us, yet they call as if we are a customer. We cannot get them to stop calling. They call about every 4-5 days on average. They use generic names so you can't even figure out who is calling, but I've tracked down Excellent Auto Glass and The Auto Glass Shop as the callers.

Provided by YP.comWhat can I say about Excellent Auto Glass Shop out of Phoenix. I had previously used this company before but something has changed. I keep getting calls from the # 480-757-4446 at least every month and sometimes every two weeks. My latest experience is that this company was told the correct windshield with a factory tinting but they installed one without the tint. These guys charged my insurance for the tinted window. Also, the installer charged my insurance for 3 hours of labor but it took about a half hour to do the work. What is even more irritating is that this company won't stop calling me. I've asked on every call for over a year for them to leave me alone. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE......not good. You will be harassed by them and they won't leave you alone. This is my first negative review of any company. NO STARS!!!

Provided by YP.comI used them once to have my windshield replaced and they never stopped hounding me. When I got a chip and asked them to fix it all of the sudden they disappeared and stopped calling then when I called them they said they don't do repairs they want to replace the windshield even though it does not need to be replaced

I haven't owned the car whose windshield they replaced for me for over FOUR years and they are still bugging me every couple of months asking if I "happen" to need their services again, despite my asking every time (at least a dozen times!!!) to be removed from their phone list.
They interrupt you in the middle of your busy day, pointing out that you are a silver platinum whatever "member" by virtue of your past customer status (oh, please!) and ask if you remember that service on your (make and model of vehicle) and remark that "we haven't heard from you in a while." What are you now, my mother?
Then, once you've politely endured their time-wasting drivel, and you request that they take you off their calling list, they rudely and abruptly hang up on you! ...only to bug you again in a couple of months. Grrr!
You know what this tells you? That this is a company that is all about marketing, marketing, marketing, and NOT about good service. They don't care about you or your car or about doing a good job. They just want to keep ripping off the insurance companies and raking in the profits.
Do yourself a favor: Steer clear of this shady outfit.

Provided by YPmobileThey came to my place and did not bring the side pieces to start my windshield. So, I had to take another day off work to have windshield changed. When they changed my windshield they tore pieces off my cowl while I watched them. The worker that changed my windshield told me and put on the work order cowl damaged. He informed me they would order a new one and return when part was received. They never ordered the cowl and tried to pawn it off on my insurance. They damaged my cowl during the replacement and never owned up to it; I will never ever have them work on my vehicle and do not recommend them to any customers. They are shady and do repair or replace parts they damage on customers vehicle's property. I have never experienced a business with bad customer satisfaction.

Provided by YP.comMy windshield had a pretty good size chip. I had an appointment set up and they came out to my house when promised. Work was done within 30 minutes and looked great.

Provided by YP.comThese guys replaced my windshield and did an awesome job. The showed up on time, were very professional and did an excellent job. No money out of pocket, they took care of calling my insurance and made it so very easy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new windshield.
