The Owner of this company is Dodi. I saw his signs about his transportation service to and from the airport and I had called to inquire. Dodi told me from where I live it is $50 each way. My wife and I used his services in october of 2011 and he had one of his drivers pick my wife and I up from our home and take us to the airport. I paid the driver $50 bucks. When we got back into town 10 days later, Dodi had one of his drivers pick us up and take us home. I again paid $50 bucks. On Thanksgiving day of 2011, we hired Dodis company again and this time the owner Dodi picked us up from our home and took us to the airport. Again, I paid him $50 bucks. When we got back into PHX and landed, I texted Dodi saying we are here. he said ok, let me know when you get your bags and by the way the fee is $55, not 50 plus tips. When we got picked up and was in his car, I told Dodi that I only have $50 on me because that is what you told me and therefor that is what I have been paying this entire time. Dodi also told me that tips are "mandatory". I was very shocked with that statement because I never knew tips were mandatory. I told Dodi I only have $50 and for now on I now know that it is $55. Dodi told me that not only do I have to pay $55 today, I need to back pay for the other trips plus mandatory tipping. I told him no way, that is not ethical and since when is tipping mandatory? Dodi got off the freeway and took us back to the airport and dropped us off. His behavior was very rude, dishonest, un ethical. He blames me for everything when all along I was just paying what I was told from the very beginning. As you can imagine that this was a very scary and unpleasant situation that my wife and I were both in. Not the way we had wanted to end our Thanksgiving holiday vacation.



The business owner Dodi was in the wrong for the way he conducted himself towards me and my wife. The professional way to have handled this would of been: I am sorry for the misunderstanding. I appreciate your business and loyalty but for the future it is $55 plus "mandatory tipping".I have a flier he gave me and there is no pricing on it and there is nothing on it that says "mandatory tipping is required" I would be more then happy to mail it to you if you would like to see it.
