Dear Mary- Please accept our belated but heartfelt THANK YOU for your assistance with our cremation and memorial services of our beloved cat Ishmael, who passed in January this year. Of course, words cannot begin to express our gratitude for your caring and competent assistance during such a traumatic time. Your gentle and respectful handling of our boy's remains and the added touches and details you incorporate into your services matters very much. Please know how appreciated you are.

Mary-Thank you for taking such good care of our sweet Chloe. Your care and concern has been greatly appreciated. It is such a gift what you do for all pet parents. May you always be blessed.

My baby boy Duke, had to be put down April 22,2012. He was a strong 11 year old boxer, but the Degenerative Mylopathy got the best of him. We planned on using another service but when we arived there was no one around we called and waited about 20 min. We then searched the web and found Fairwinds and what a blessing that was! Within 10 min Mary was at her office with open arms. Mary was very gentle and caring with my Duke, I just knew he was in good hands. She took her time with us and helped me get thru this heartbreaking process. I will be forever greatful to Mary and her kind heart. Thank you Mary for everything you do for us and our loved ones!

I met Mary and Rev. Paula in 2010 when my dog Pepe passed away he was n older dog who lost his battle with heart disease.I felt empty and NEEDED to give him more a service as dignified as he was. My little buddy Pancho Villa passed tragically and unexpectedly last week, In my darkest hour and hysterical state Mary came and helped us through it. Paula was so supportive and kind. Mary treated Pancho as if he were hers. I believe in divine interventions and Mary and Paula are angels who help heal the wounds of loosing a pet. We held Pancho after his beautiful service and we had many keepsakes to take. We opted to bury our pets at home, she snuggled him up in his little casket for us and sealed it tight. We were able to bury at sunset. I have 2 kids who Mary included and healed our families crisis. God Bless Mary and her staff, as well as Rev. Paula. I would tell you to look no further these people are better than family 1000% Fairwinds is my only option.

We just suffered a tremendous loss when our 11 year old Chihuhua passed away in heart failure. We were devastated. At the early hours of the morning you are faced with the task of seeing to the proper treatment of your lost friend -- and Fairwinds was there for us. Mary Rauchwarter, Fairwinds' Executive Director met us at her funeral home in the early hours before dawn and gave our lost firiend the care and respect we had given him since he was a puppy. She felt our grief and although she could not wipe it away, she eased it -- by her deep caring and understanding. Fairwinds offers a wide range of service to ease your loss and to fit your needs -- and your budget. I cannot commend Fairwinds enough to you, especially for the intangible love we felt they provided our lost friend -- and us. And in the aftermath, Mary was only a phone call away. She cares, she understands and she is commited to your comfort at a special time of need.

Dear Mary,Words cannot express how grateful I am to you for being the Angel to my Wootie on his final journey. I was so glad that we made the choice to come to Fairwinds. From the moment I brought him in, you tied a little ribbon with a heart around his neck. I knew that you would keep my little one safe and provide the utmost dignified journey to heaven for him. Although this has been immensely hard on me, your compassion has shown through as a light of comfort to me. The heart returned to me from his cremation truly made me feel that I will always be with him. The extra touch you provide, ( the plaster paw print), will always have a special place in our home next to his pictures.Your card came in the mail today with the prayers you sent and they brought such sweet tears to my eyes. You are such a compassionate and caring person and I cannot thank you enough for all that you have done. Because of you, I feel Wootie has made his journey to heaven, on the wings of his Angel...Mary.

Mary and her service were so comforting and so dignified. I would recommend Mary and Fairwinds to anyone who has ever loved and lost a pet. Mary made the entire process from the initial phone call to the end so pleasant, so humane, and so professional, all the while treating you and your pet with the utmost respect. Dear Mary, I wouild like to thank you for your kindness in caring for my dear Garapa. She rests in a place close to me so I can chersih her and the memories of our times together. In his 10 years of life he touched so many lives. He was always there to give us comfort, we will miss him so much. Because of you, we have a beautiful keepsake.

Dear Mary- We have been intending to write you for several weeks, but only now have been able to put our thoughts into words. As you are aware, it's impossible to prepare for this sort of experience until you've lived it. Thank you so much for the tenderness and respect you demonstrated handling our precious boy- also for the kindness and understanding you offered us as we struggled to let him go. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, you genuinely made a difference.

My first meeting with Mary @ Fairwinds held true the the reviews that I had read about her services. Mary is a gentle, caring woman who has been through the loss of a beloved pet. I thank you for the extra moments you gave me with my Kyle, seeing him one last time made all the difference. The card and peoms will forever be cherished. Thank you for staying true to helping those in need after a loss.

Dear Mary, Today marks two weeks since I lost my beloved Mr.Bo. I want to tell you how much your "being there" helped me to plan, prepare and make final arrangements. Without Fairwinds facility, I would have never been able to spend extra time with Mr. Bo, time that is invaluable to accepting his departure and the grieveing process.
