I also attended this school at the requirement of H&R Block in order to get A/H license; there was no option to attend another insurance school. :( I attended all 3 days of class of in person training. Personnel were nice, professional-no problem there. But instructor advised that testing company had just recently changed, so THEIR questions were different than the OLD test company. Yet instructor "directed our attention to the answers" to material that would be on OLD test company, not NEW test company's material! So I studied, read material, and crammed like crazy, reviewing all those "answers" that instructor said would be on test, prepping for state test. FAILED TWICE! Why? Because all info that was drummed into our heads was from OLD test company's state test, not NEW company's state test! So, in preparation for THIRD try at this test, I tossed everything I had learned from attending those 3 days of useless classes, and simply READ the books from front to back. PASSED the 3rd time from efforts all on my own! Best advise I can give here is, DON'T GO TO THIS SCHOOL IF YOU CAN HELP IT. If your employer or prospective employer doesn't "require" you to go here, DEFINITELY pick somewhere else!

Consumer 357 is wrong... the personnel at Ford School (Phoenix) bent over backwards to make sure I had the right method of training.... originally I, also, purchased the online training approach but soon found out "you can't teach an old dog new tricks ONLINE"... so they graciously converted me to the live classroom versions and even allowed me to retake the class to insure that I learned the material.... I passed the test the first time... the instructors were knowledgeable and practical... the office staff (especially Yvonne) was great... Consumer357 look up the local number in the book... or better yet, call (602) 279-3777

My wife tried using the online version for the Life and Health program but the system has a lot of errors and omissions on it, so since Ford claims to offer a 30 day switch to class credit she decided to try it before the 30days were up. She has left emails and has not received any responses so far. She called the main number from the site only to be told that it was a national number and she would have to call another number to talk to someone about transferring to a class. After seeing the one 5 star review, I thought this would be a good school for insurance but now have changed my opinion and would recommend you go elsewhere for your insurance licensing needs unless you like unresponded emails, rude customer service and faulty online courses.

Passed my Test

I attended Ford Insurance Schools to get my L&H insurance license. The instructors were AMAZING, material was great and I passed my test the very first time. I'm going back next month to get my P&C license.
