I am the owner of Fresh Cut Romance. For the record, I take issue with Schlitzy's review. I hear many, if not most, of our customer phone calls and have never known Pam to be rude with our customers. She is a very good-natured person, quick to laugh and has a wonderful sense of humor. She, like all of our employees, prides herself on providing outstanding customer service.

rude, not helpful...never again. i loved their work when i went in the store. then called to placde an order.

the person on the phone, Pam, couldn't have been less helpful. i understand she was busy, but i was asking for guidance and not blame for my inability to decide. she's the florist, i'm the customer. I needed help.

please don't go here...and if you do, expect to be treated worse than you would if you were trying to get Katrina aid from Fema!
