I went to fix my truck here and the quote was around 700 and then when he said he fixed it he was charging me 1,400. Word of advise NEVER go here. He is a dishonest person and will charge you the free towing at the end when he clearly stated that it is free.

Don't like it. They try to play you for your money, and others have complained about the same thing before as well

My husband and I first brought our car in last year around Sept. In the past 7 months we have taken the car back in 4 times as of yesterday. Same issues shifting hard, possible leak, and gear placement shifts hard. We have misplaced our receipt "warranty" and Lalo said that Ray left GBY and took papers (receipts, warranties) with him. So in other words he cant find our original and is only going to LOOK at the car. Have any of you who still have a warranty within the last 12 months, experienced this issue or are aware?

Warning first off I drove my car in there. Lalo will rip you off. Quoted $600-$800 and 4days later changed it to $1600-$1900. After a week and a half I took my car out on a tow truck with no transmission and a box full of what once was my transmission. Clamed it need all these hard parts and could show me the old parts.Total dirtbag. Another customer did the same thing as I was waiting on a tow truck.

Horrible! Lost 300 bucks to this rip off! Said my total would be 1000 for replacement of my transmission and then he said it would be 2500. He then had to charge me the 300 buck because he took the car apart! Please save your time and most importantly your money! Keep your vehicle and wallet away from this place.

Horrible place, they do not communicate well they quoted us 800 for the transmission then get charged 1800. They say it's gonna be done in a week or couple days it's been going back to the shop for a month now. With what they charged me I could have bought a new transmission or another car instead of getting a rebuild. They claimed everything is finished and working when it left the lot only to find out there's a leak and the transmission still slips! They claim that's their specialty but can't make anything work they say they would call me but never do I'm the one having to call them

La peor pesadilla me cobraron 4 veces mas de lo que me habian dicho 14 dias duraron con mi carro no me lo terminaron de arreglar porque querian $1,200.00 mas lo saque en grua y todavia tuve que pagar $2,400.00 la policia tuvo que intervenir. NO ETICA PROFESIONAL ROBAN A LOS CLIENTES EN NUESTRA PROPIA CARA

Has to be the fairest and best place you could take your vehicle for transmission repair. I keep going to them for regular tune ups and I have always received great service.

this place is worst running transmission place i ever been to there warranty is junk and they dont fix your transmissions right i had to take it back to them 4 to 6 times and then after that my transmission run for about 6 months only and they wouldnt fix that the warranty was no good they said so that GBY transmissions for you there a very disappointed none trusted and poor quality work

dont call because you will get disappointed there untrusty poor quality of work and there warranty is no good this is the worst place you could take your car or truck for tranny repair or anything else plus your car or truck will never get fixed right
