Provided by YP.comThis by far was the most painless experience! The most pain was dealing with the other person's insurance company. My car was in an auto accident on the 25th of January. The insurance information was completed on February 26. This company waited for me to get the deductable together, and not one time were they rude, or impatient. I was able to finally take my car to them on April 15. Tony was who I dealt with. He was super understanding from the minute he contacted me about my deductable, down to the time my car was completed. The Customer Service from this gentleman is AAA. I just got my car back today April 24th, and my car looks absolutely beautiful, just like it did the day I bought it. I appreciate the extra time they took on my car, and Tony explained the reason for every delay. I will definitely refer people to this place. Everyone who took part in making my car look beautiful again, deserves to be acknowledged. All of you did an amazing job. Thank you so much.

Provided by YP.comI am surprised to see these guys have bad reviews. I brought my brand new car to them because someone hit me only 2 days after I bought it I was devastated. The owner and workers treated me very nice they are respectful and professional that's only one of the reasons why I decided to write a review for them the other is the fast and excellent work they did on my car. It looks like the accident never even happened (on a brand new car!) I am very happy with their service and work. I would definitely be back if I ever need them and recommend to anyone. THANK YOU.

Provided by YP.comBuy a can of spray paint, get a blind fold and do it yourself, the job will be better. This place trashed my classic car, they lost in arbitration and court. Between filing his appeal and superior court, Hector changed "ownership" to another family member. This past July (2014), Hector filed chapter 13 (again!). Between damage to my car and court costs, I am out over $50,000.
If you don't believe me, go ahead and give them a try. If you do go there, make sure your windows are up too.

Provided by YP.comStarted out fine. Owner Hector even gave me a ride home. Was quoted a price with minor bodywork, door dings, and front nose chips. Price was about 400 more than standard scuff and shoot shops but I figured I was getting a deal with 2 door jambs and the minor bodywork. I was told there would be "minor" orange peeling and was showed a sample fender. This isn't a showcar, but it is clean, and straight. I agreed based on sample work. When I got my car back and got it home, I was horrified. From a distance of 5 feet or more it looked pretty good, get any closer and you can see little or no bodywork was performed. Prep was terrible with MAJOR orange peel, huge dust particles that leave noticible imperfections in paint, I even scraped a finger drawing blood on one. Drips that I had to wet sand, it was just crap. Maaco painted my sons truck for 250 cheaper and did three times a better job. My car will need to be repainted to fix this mess. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

Provided by YP.comThe New Grand Prix, I am very unsatisfied with their work! I took my camaro here to be painted black. I paid for 8hrs of bodywork, paid for all jams to be painted, and for the car to be blocked down. I was told by Hector(the owner) that the car should be done in 10 day. My car was done in 4days. I was like wow, that was fast. So when I picked it up, there were dings still there, a dent on the hood, driver and passenger doors look wavey from lousey body work and to top it off, the gas tank inner door wasnt even painted and under the third brake light, they missed underneath it. So i was told to bring it back i two weeks. I did so, and they kept my car to a week and a half. When i picked it up this time, the inner gas door wasnt not painted nor was under the third brake light. I was so mad. I am very busy and work six days a week, i dont have time to be driving back and forth to this place, and i need my car. They did fix the dent on the hood, and the few dings that were on the car, but my doors look wavey still. And now i have overspray on the back of my car that i noticed when i got home. Im very unsatisfied with this shop. I will never recommend anyone to them.

Provided by YP.comDont waste your time with these guys had em come out and check out my car to get a basic paint job nothing special just silver. the one on the sign and website for a price under 600 dollars, the owner of the company shows up to do the quote (so you know all he cares about doing is making a buck) bad mistake cause thats where the upselling starts! he gives me a quote of nearly 2800 dollars! And when I dont do it, he calls my house everyday for nearly 2 weeks. The car alone was barely worth maybe 1500-2000! I could get the diamond pack at scheib and still paid less than half of what this price gouger asks guess he's used to screwing over insurance companies. I've seen some of the work they do out in front of their shop and it's definitely nothing to write home about! and not worth 2800! If i could give no stars I would this guy (the owner) doesn't care bout the customer just the money
In response to this review. First i want to apologize if a came out indifferent and not caring to this customer. I'm the owner and president of this auto paint and body shop. I have been in this business of painting automobiles for over 15 years and my number one thing is customer service. When we write an estimate we write it according to the customer expectation and budget. In this particular situation even though the vehicle is old it has value and the customer wanted a base/clear application on the paint service and the car was in need of some bodywork. This drove the paint service to a higher service level and cost more to produce, I would like the opportunity to go back to the car to see if we can work a price that is in line with the customer and then have a chance to maybe paint this car for him. Work is in much demand this days to keep our guys working. Thank you.
