Hot Shots Garage doors came out to replace my old opener. It was quite obvious that quality wasn't his objective and that he held no regarded concerning the manufacture instillation requirements. The wiring for the safety sensors was spliced out in the open and not neatly secured out of the way such as the old openers wires were. I moved the wires slightly just to get a closer look (it was twist tied and electrical taped) and by moving them the sensor light went out. The new bracket that mounts to the garage door that connects the trolley arm was over one inch off center I'm thinking that was so he can use some of the existing holes, less drilling save time.

The unit itself was mounted over three inches lower then the door side coursing the door to touch the rail when opening, he didn't bother to cut the mounting straps, save time. I contacted Pat asking him to send someone out to repair these issue and was told " THEIRS NOTHING IS WRONG WITH MY INSTALL" I repaid everything myself

This customer has mental problem.He clearly does not know the proper way to install a garage door opener. Never said anything after the installation, then he tried to short me $20 on the installation by handing the money folded up, $20 short. Contractors beware.
