The Human Resources Division is a part of the Arizona Department of Administration, which is governed by the state government of Arizona. The division employs more than 37,000 individuals in over 100 state agencies, boards and commissions. It provides in-house and external services for various issues related to human resources. The Human Resources Division offers assistance with the professional development of individuals. In addition, the division develops annual work force reports.
