Provided by SuperpagesDon't go here ,because they closed down abruptly . People are still trying to get get back their collateral and cash. This was once the most popular Bail bond places in town. Then abruptly became the worst.they even didn't pay the employees when they closed the doors.

Provided by SuperpagesYou took my money knowing you were going out of buisness. Thats illegal. You had boxes all over and I asked if youi were moving and you said know we've been in buisness for 25 yrs. You said you were spring cleaning in the winter. You lied. You owe me $3000.00 cash and I'm getting it from you. You the women that told me you were'nt moving. I'm going after you.

I dont know what Liberty did to piss off dcminson, but I have been going through them for 10 years for bonds and had NEVER had a problem with the refunds. I do understand that the courts have been taking along time mailing out exonerations And I sure they refunded the bail as soon as they recieved it in the mail. I HAVE and WILL use Liberty Bail Bonds again. Thank you Linda and Kaye for being there.

I originally secured a bond for a relative on July 10, 2010 using my personal credit card. The relative satisfied the court requirements and I requested an exoneration notice. I was told by "Linda" with Liberty that I should expect a refund within three to four weeks after receiving the exoneration. Ultimately, I verified through the Mesa Justice Court (Vicki) that the exoneration notice was in fact delivered on October 18th. The receipt was ultimately recognized as being received by Liberty Employees Linda (on December 23) and Kay O'Neal (on January 3, 2011). I contacted Liberty in early December and again talked with Linda who told me she would have "Accounting" contact me. The contact never materialized and I called Liberty again on December 23, 2010 and again talked with Linda who told me I would have to call back. I call Liberty again on Monday, January 3, was transferred to Kay O'Neal. I have yet to hear from O'Neal or receive a refund. Stay away from Liberty.

They've been around for over 25 years and they definately live up to their reputation for honest and caring people. The office staff is great to work with and the ownership is wonderful. Would definately recommend to anyone without any hesitation! Thanks Liberty!!
