I have shopped a this store for over 20 yrs. If your looking for a deal then this is where you'll find it. They sell used and new furniture ALL for VERY reasonable prices. I have seen the same item discounted at a different store but J & K has always beat every other stores price for new furniture, lots of catalogs to select your next new item. Their only competitor is craigslist and that might be and over statement. The used items can range from gorgeous million dollar Estate pieces to what you would find at a garage sale. Items come in everyday, all day.....very much like a resale shop of any kind. I find it fun personally because you have to look, really look to find that special item which might drive some people nuts but I thrive off of that diamond in the rough for an outstanding price. One of the customers complained about the delivery service.......I have never had anything delivered but I can imagine after all the years of watching these guys that you can't expect much when it comes to anything but picking up the furniture and moving it. The owner knows me by face at this point and he is ALWAYS polite but once in awhile you'll get that bad attitude from the staff. This place is usually packed and for good reason.....there are bargains to be found and a lot are being found by the Interior Designers that frequent this place. Check it out and make up your own mind.

I love j and k we have been their customers for over 10 years. The store is a great mix of new or used furniture for the savy shopper that is looking for excellant service,quality furniture at great prices. They are always personable and can compete with any big name furniture stores in valley. The management is quick to meet any need you may have and doesn't hesistate to meet the needs of their customers. Their delivery is prompt and the personnel is very customer oriented. We have recommended them and gotten rave reviews form oour refferals.

Alicia, Brian and the crew at J & K are fantastic. What a great selection of quality new and used furniture. We love the prices and they have the service to boot !!!

The delivery people ruined my carpet when they delivered a simple matress.

They complained about having to take the old matress and were so unprofessional

in the process. They even left their garabage. I called to complain to the management

about the ruined carpet by the delivery persons "greasy feet" on my white carpet. They

were uncaring and said point blank "to not do business with them again!". Wow ....what

customer service.....Save your money and use a respectable furnitue store with

a good businesss ethic!!!!!

I have been shopping at this family business for over 30 years. They always have what I need at the best price and usually things I didn't even know I needed until I got there. It's all hit or miss at this store, timing is everything. They get new stuff every day. Love them all lots, looking forward to my nex trip to J & K.
