Provided by YP.comRude receptionist ..does not know about co-pay..spent 10 mins double checking with Blue Cross ..as many others ..could not help me..wasted 50 bucks...And whats up with the Doctors dog in the lobby..Could not hear Doc explaining results with dog barking!!!
