The waiting room seriously looked like a day care when I walked in. I waited about fifty minutes to be called to the back, despite an appointment I had scheduled a week earlier, which was infuriating. I found the rooms to be cramped and the entire place generally scummy. The staff and dentist were nice enough, but I don't think I will be going back-- didn't realize they handled a large amount of walk-ins which can seriously offset appointment times, resulting in aggravation to a person on a tight schedule. (Also, the cleaning was the fastest I've ever had, and I had to inform them that my insurance covers fluoride treatments, and that I wanted one, or else they would have skipped it.)

I speak highly of the D.C. Dental group. I have been embarrassed to go to the dentist, it's been years. So I tried quietly to deal with 3 abscess teeth for the last year and a half. Trying to save up money to have them pulled which hasn't happened. I'm single and on disability income. Anyway, the pain has become unbearable. I've made 3 trips to a local hospital E.R. in the last 6 weeks, only to be humiliated for coming in and being told that I shouldn't have waited so long. So at this point I called the D.C. Dental Group. I was surprised to speak directly with Dr. Chang on Saturday 7-21-12. I explained what I had been dealing with and he gave me a number to call to come in Monday 7-23-12 to see him. There is a light at the end of the tunnel ! Thank You Dr. Chang. I recommend giving D,C. Dental group a call for your dental needs. Thankfully Tina Dallas

I bought a Living Social deal through them. I called 2 days before it expired and left a message. They never returned my calls. When I called back and got a receptionist they said their office had been closed during that time and they would not honor the voucher.

my name is angelina dc dental does great work I actually went some where else but I came right back home where the work is done right.I totally recommend dc dental to all.

Very disappointed. When I called for an appointment, I asked for a cleaning. After being in the office for an hour and a half I left without a cleaning. They looked at my teeth, said I had no cavities but needed a deep cleaning. When I asked about a regular cleaning I was told they were not able to do that for me. I won't be visiting this office again. I felt my time was completely wasted.

What a blessing Dr. Mamook and your whole staff were to us! We had searched all day for a clinic that could help us with a same day appointment for an infected wisdom tooth that needed to come out ASAP. The staff were all so kind and caring and Dr. Mamook was able to quickly and painlessly take care of the extraction. They were not only the best...but the best price in town and worked us in for an appointment that day. What a relief when the pain in your mouth is unbearable! Thank you to Ariana, Dr. Mamook and the great staff at DC Dental Group. We will recommend you to everyone we know!

I went into the office on Arizona Ave. about two weeks ago for a cleaning. I have to say that this was the worst dentist visit I have ever had. I don't have insurance right now and that is why I chose to go to DC Dental, their package deal was great. Cleaning, xrays and exam for $39.99. After the cleaning I was told I had 9 cavities that had to be fixed for a cost of $1022. I knew that couldn't be true being that I take very good care of my teeth and have never gone longer than 1 year without a cleaning.This morning I decided to go to my old dentist to have him take a look. He gave me a free exam because I told him of the situation and just as I thought, zero cavities. Worst visit EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

dont ever go to this place-

I went to the office in Tolleson, and I couldnt believe how rude they were. They were offering free take home whitening kits with new clients. I drove 30 miles to go pick up my kit and they refused to give it to me because I didnt have the coupon! when I asked if they could just go online and print it for me, or I could show them the voucher off my phone! It was ridiculous. They clearly knew they had that offer and because I forgot to bring a piece of paper it was a wasted trip.

This is definitely a patients office..Most friendly staff and environment and an office that is willing to work with you...Professionalism and caring at it's best...I had a tooth extracted...no pain during or after procedure...Class A one dentist...thank you Dr. Dennis Kim by Rosemary Chmielinski

After a lifetime of bad dentistry, rough hygienists and a serious fear of returning to the dentist, your service has been a true blessing. Finally I've found a great dentist who takes the time to discuss my treatment and make sure all my questions and concerns are addressed.
