This is a HORRIBLE place to stay! Very scary neighborhood! Police activity daily. Prostitute activity nightly! Walls are paper thin. Internet is hit-or miss. You have to go to hotel across the street for ice and vending machines. There are better places for the same money!

this hotel has always been the frienliest service of all in Phoenix,,,new paint now and looks soooo good,,,,,staff is always very helpful with any problems or service you might need,,,,it is always nice to stay in a hotel that is not a chain,,,you get more personal service
