Absolutely horrible place to be put into. I was out of the hospital with an accident and the workmans comp would not pay for the best place in Anwatukee so I got this place. It is true: you cannot get your meds when you need them. You have good food, yes. The medical care and the socialw work is about a 1 on a 1-10 scale, 10 being the highest. They did not even get a wheelchair or medical equipment ordered for when I got out. Horrible Horrible care. Except one man nurse, but he was stretched too thin when he was there and not there enough. The staff wanted me to go into shower chair in a dangerous way...very unsafe,as I had falled in the communty dut to wax. Run Run Run. They charge money!! We should be given money to stay there. They work with workmans comp to give us less physical therapy than you need and worse and shorter time of care than needed. I did not have time to report them to skilled nursing facility monitoring agency. Meds not on time.

Do you want substandard care? Do you want to be in pain while recovering from major surgery and not get pain medication or have an incompetent doctor tellk you that any other pain is "just stress?" Then by all means, go here. If you want somewhere where they actually care about you, then DEFINITELY go somewhere else. This place is lousy, understaffed, and you have to wait forever for them to answer your call light. Run far away from here.
