I purchased a 2016 Itasca Navion by Winnebago a year ago. I’ve used La Mesa RV at McDowell during my warranty period. Pardon my pun, but I’m not a “Happy Camper” with La Mesa RV. If you want warranty work completed plan on a month process for scheduling, parts order and installation if they diagnose the problem correctly. I’ve dropped off my RV with ¾ full propane tank & returned empty. I’ve had sound system repairs that were misdiagnosed. When I returned they left out hold down screws which slide out of position hanging. A power adapter came up missing. Big greasy foot marks on carpet and floor. I’ve contacted Winnebago to go elsewhere for warranty work, there are two service centers in Phoenix both are La Mesa RV locations (Monopoly)! I’ve written the service manager several times with the service representative getting mad because I told his boss. I would purchase other brands to get away from La Mesa RV. I’ve observed other customers in waiting area that were upset too.
