I was a very nervous first time home buyer. I did not know the process or what to expect. I called Nick Heth at Legacy Home Mortgage and he explained the whole process to me and really helped my anxiety. He got me a great deal on a home mortgage and was there for me every step of the way. Nick was able to find a HELOC for me when no one else could find anything, worked with me through the whole transaction, and was incredibly responsive. The rates can't be beat and the service is fantastic. Highly reccomended.

I'm a Real Estate Broker and have referred many of my clients to Nick as well as he has done 2 mortgages for me. He is professional and gets the job done. Now that the market is so tough and money is tight, Nick can still do many loans in less than 30 days while other mortgage people are requiring 45 to 60 days.
