This is a Senior Housing apartment community with very poor management staff. They are unfriendly, unhelpful and sometimes downright rude to residents and guests. I am listed as an emergency contact for a long-term resident and rec'd a call from a service agency saying they had been unable to make contact with this resident and were concerned about her welfare. I contacted the apartment manager who told me she could not give me any information, including whether or not they had even seen my friend today. They have a communication board where each resident is supposed to log in each day, showing they are ok. The apartment manager would not even tell me if my friend had checked in for the day. They also told me if my friend were incapacitated and unable to 'buzz' me into the building, that they would not even let me in to check on her. I ended up having to call 911 to do a welfare check, only to discover my friend had been out running errands and forgotten to check in. What a waste of ci
