Linda owns a property at 4215 n 13th pl Phoenix az 85014 and has been contacted multiple times by multiple neighbors about her tenants who on multiple occasions have been witnessed selling dangerous drugs. One of the alleged drug dealers who drives a red mustang was even reported for assault when she made threats to neighbors and pulled a gun. Linda shrugged it off because she needed a vacation and months later swept it aside again because she has “more important things” to deal with. Now Linda is going to be internet famous and who knows what other time consuming problems may result from her negligence in this matter. Some neighbors even offered to Help in the cleanup / property improvements but Linda eventually became rude and maybe even threatened? One has to wonder why anyone would protect drug dealers unless, maybe she could be in on it? Who knows ... Linda, do you think it’s wise to continue down this path? There are literally sewer dwellers and strung out vagabonds living in the backyard and sleeping in vans. One must wonder, why does Linda protect them so much? Why condone this conduct? Ultimately she is liable and responsible for anything that occurs on her property so I guess time will tell.
