I called Louies for a service call on my front load washer because it didn't spin at all even by hand. They could have made me pay a service call and then told me that it was too far gone but they just listened to what I had to say, offered to go out any way but I decided to go in and buy a new set. I've had the set for two weeks now and nothing has gone wrong and my wife loves her red front load set with pedestals. I'll never buy any where else!

After over 4 months of letting Dave and his crew work on our appliances they still are not fixed. We will never do business with this company again !! NOT OK !!

Was referred to Louies appliance by my home warranty company and they took forever to show up then almost 2 months and dozens of phone calls to bring parts then ended up breaking what they came to fix. Dave is the biggest liar I have ever dealt with at any company. The man says one thing then at a later date MUCH LATER does the exact opposite. Horrible all the way around. 1 Star

Do NOT do business with this company !! They say one thing and do another !! Whatever you do DON'T let your HOME WARRANTY company recommend them to do any servicing of your appliances. Dave will promise you the world and then never do what he says !!

Great place to do business with , Friendly Staff. Always have the parts you need . Great selection and prices on used machines . We bought both a dryer and a washer and are completely happy with the quality of the machines and the delivery and set up.

Made an appointment early Monday morning and they said Tuesday. Well Tuesday no one showed up for the Dryer repair. I finally received a call at 7:00 pm, which I missed. Really crappy way to do business and will never utilize their service and completely do not trust their workmanship now.

I have purchase a washer dryer and an LG fridge from here and from the first day till today i have been having nothing but problems with the fridge.... first of they tell you that they service all brands but then they have 4 different techs come out to do the same job that never gets done.... i spend over 1900 dollars for this..... i am so done with the customer service that they are giving..... now they promised that they will be at my house at noon when i called at 9:30am and its 7:30 nothing and no answer...... the after sales service is not there at all.......
