HATE HATE HATE! This is the most ridiculous Apartment Complex EVER! They claimed to have bought out the old management and replaced it with ones "who cared about the property" RIDICULOUS! We have been in this HELL HOLE for two months now and NOTHING has been done. We still have missing cabinets and a broken window outside our 2yr old sons room! Lets not even get started on the ROACH problem that they also claimed to eliminate. This place is so disgusting and so poorly managed. The maintenance guy, George, I feel very bad for you and hope you are soon able to find another place that actually cares for their workers. You deserve so much better. He will work his rear off for you, but is limited on what he can actually do because he is not SUPPLIED with what he needs. Management says they will have the issue fixed within 1-2 weeks tops.... 9 WEEKS LATER AND STILL NOTHING! We cannot wait for the least to end to get the hell out of here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT. We moved in here because we thought it was the only thing able to be found that works with bad credit. WRONG WRONG WRONG! There are plenty of other places that will work with you, DO NOT SETTLE! Can you say SLUM LORD?

I recently moved in and have no problem. The staff are super nice and friendly, it's affordable and the apartments are quiet. Of course people will have roaches and mice if they're not clean, don't blame it on the apartments. I would recommended living here if you're looking for a great affordable place.

Absolutely AWFUL place. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Infested with roaches and mice! Can never get things fixed. My friend has lived here since last summer, and they are finally MOVING OUT! They haven't had hot water since they've lived there, it's been promised to be fixed, never has. George is probably the only trustworthy employee in this whole entire complex. The rest are worthless, unreliable, and EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! If you're thinking about moving here, LOOK ELSEWHERE! THIS PLACE IS WORSE THAN A PRISON! At least prison's have hot water, and aren't infested with pests!
