I took my partially fainted "black onyx metallic " Suzuki to have it spruced up a bit with a fresh coat of paint. It came back Midnight Blue. The management did not argue with it except that they tried to convince me that my real color was blue even though it looked black..huh? But they would do me a favor and for an additional $300 they would match the color of the door jams which is onyx black...(that is ..the original color) Are these people for real? Their BS was so pathetic it wasn't worth my time..I paid and walked away...I'm glad I upgraded the paint job to two stages higher otherwise I would probably end up with house paint...Hmmm...you decide:)

After paying over $400 for their "Presidential" service to get my truck painted, I went back to show them that the paint was bubbling and flaking off the bed only 14 months. Rather than apologizing for the shoddy first job and the inconvenience of having to bring it back, I was told that they were going to charge me another $200 to feather the areas where their paint didn't stick and repaint just the 2 sides of my bed. I told them that I only paid $430 to paint the entire truck! They said that's all they would do take it or leave it. I left telling them that I would never come back and if you read this, you shouldn't go there either (unless you're OK with your paint job flaking off in a year).
