People enjoy living here as this is really a nice, clean and quiet place. Large 800 Sq.ft one bedrooms with UTILITIES INCLUDED and a big 14x12 bedroom. Got to love that! Lots of cabinet space which is great. On site pool, laundry and manager. A joy to come home to as the property is well kept up. Walk to the light rail, shopping and much more at this great Central Phoenix location.

They run background and credit checks which is great.
I have lived here for 12 years!
Very quiet and well kept up!
Like an oasis in a big city.
The manager takes care of business and does not allow the partying and loud music you hear at most places!
