Went in today with a dishwasher pump the gentleman at the counter was very efficient found debris and the pump and sent me on my way thank you very much I've been going to this place for years and it's always been very helpful and had everything I ever needed

So bought a part for my dry from them the old man first told me it was 47 dollars then charged me 70 for it . I didn't even notice then I looked up the part online it 9 dollar part. I called saying I the he over charged it might have been a mistake since there other store only charge 38 dollars for the part . He basically told me no mistake and no refund and screw off . So I will be out side his business next few days to warn any customers that might be going there. Don't go here

No Customer Service At All, Very Unhappy In Life Person

Do not use this company! Buyer beware should be stake in his parking lot. If you order anything with him, no matter if he makes the mistake, (which in my case he did) he will not solve the problem nor is the owner willing to work with you to fix it. Basically, order at your own risk!This business will fail if he treats everyone like this!!!!!!

Parts companies do not take returns.

I have been in the appliance business for over 30 years. Parts suppliers do not take returns... EVER! They never have and never will. I am familiar with Major and they have a sign right there by the counter that says NO RETURNS! You could not miss it. I hear people like you complain about poor customer service when they screw up (you called it "change your mind"). People like you are why costs keep going up. Retailers have to deal with cry baby whiners like you so prices are higher to cover cost of returns. You would do more research and be more responsible if you knew you couldn't go back and just whine your way out of a sale. Let me guess. You bought the parts and couldn't get the cabinet off the washer so "changed your mind" about repairing it yourself. PLEASE! Gimme a break!

NO REFUNDS!! WHAT A JOKE!! TALK ABOUT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I went in to purchase two parts for my old Maytag washing machine. During the next three days, I decided to buy a new washing machine altogether, and when I tried to return the parts, I was instructed by the owner that there would be no refunds whatsoever. I never even opened the parts out of their packages, let alone installed them. I simply changed my mind, but still would not be given a refund for items the owner could easily put right back in his inventory and sell as new.######This is horrible customer service. I have never been to a place before that would not give a refunds on UNOPENED merchandise. I will never shop here again, and will go out of my way to recommend people to avoid this business.
