The Management Services Division, also known as MSD, provides LAN, accounting, and budgeting services for various divisions of the Arizona Department of Administration. It houses the Water Quality Appeals Board and administers several mandated travel reduction programs. The division also performs the state motor vehicle fleet alternative fuel coordinator function. The Management Services Division is an agency of the Arizona Department of Administration, which additionally operates benefit services, capitol police, general accounting, human resources and information services divisions, as well as the Office Governor's Regulatory Review Council. The Arizona Department of Administration is located in Phoenix.
