Memkor provides one of the fastest and highest capacity SSDs that achieve up to 230MB/s sustained read and write and up to 512GB in 2.5” form factor.   Models designed for Defense applications feature three levels of security for Data Elimination: ERASE function capable of erasing the entire SSD in few seconds, PURGE function compliant with the major US Government media declassification procedures, and SOFT DESTROY - an alternative to the traditional over voltage based hardware destroy solutions that typically decrease drive density by half, destroying access to but do not eliminate the user data.   Ruggedized and built using industrial grade components, Memkor SSDs withstand extreme shocks, vibrations and harsh environmental conditions and are compliant with industry standards such as MIL-STD-810F and NEBS Level 3. Memkor product lines include various SSD form factor such as CF/CFAST”, 1.8”, 2.5” and 3.5”, as well as Drive-On-Module (DOM), CF and PCIe SSD cards. SATA, PATA and SCSI interfaces, are supported.
