I recently purchased a car which I found on a web site. I contacted the owners,Schumacher European Mercedes Benz to arrange a test ride. Much to my surprise, the vehicle was more beautiful than the web site pictures. Lou Gordon and his staff couldn't be more cordial. I would describe my experience with them as pain free, and very professional. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I have to say I have not had the best experience at this dealership. UNTIL...I worked with Lou Gordon. He was efficient, accommodating, and an overall pleasure to work with. From emails at 9pm responding to my questions to my crazy time constraints (I purchased my car from him in ONE HOUR)...Lou is the best.

Recently purchased our second vehicle from Lou Gordon at Shoemacher. Lou and his team were very patient in narrowing the choices and guiding us to a decision. The car is excellent and the experience was too. The treatment is always friendly and we like the service department as well.

I recently leased my sixth car at Schumacher -Mercedes. As always my experience was excellent. I knew what I wanted and I had previously contacted my salesman Remington Logue who had me in and out with my new car within an hour. I have always appreciated his expertise and as always i was not disappointed. The entire staff I was in contact with during this last transaction were all outstanding.
