Unlike two of the cashiers at Michael's at Peoria/I-17, who wouldn't call someone to help me when I asked, the cashiers at the Cactus/Tatum store are wonderful. I told the cashier I needed help with some project ideas for the dozen little craft birds I had. She called "Neko" to help me. Neko spent about ten minutes with me, and she took me to two or three areas in the store, giving me several ideas of what I could make with my birds. When my tax money comes in, I will be going back to the Cactus store to buy what I need. (Thanks, Neko; I called your manager to tell him how friendly and helpful you were. The cashiers at the other location could learn something about customer service from you.)
