Customer service and respect have gone out the window now days!

When my Mother who uses a walker, Daughter and Granddaughter arrived this morning there were 2 people being serviced and 4 employees there they did not even get in the door before the woman from the shop meet them and ask what they wanted they said a manicure & pedicure, a pedicure and a polish. The woman said that they would not do my elderly mother because her nails were too thick without really looking at them, and they were too busy. My granddaughter (9) pointed out that there were only 2 people in the shop. They left never to return.
