Mold Inspection & Testing came out, inspected my home very thoroughly and explained what was going.

Both Eric and Adam were available by phone or text to answer any and all of our questions. I would highly recommend MI&T for any mold work that needs to be done.

MI&T and the crew were professional and very courteous. These guys worked very hard! They dried everything that was wet and they came back every day to make sure it was drying properly.

I have not had customer service like this in a long time. Once I scheduled the appointment the staff was in constant contact with me. The inspectors came out to do the inspection and I was amazed at the time they spent going over EVERYTHING in the home.

They inspected the house top to bottom, literally. He started on the roof and worked his way through the house, leaving nothing unchecked or door handle unturned.

They were friendly, knowledgeable and upfront about any possible fixes needed throughout the entire home.

MI&T came out and was very thorough and knowledgeable. I asked a ton of questions, and he answered them all without getting annoyed. Customer service was also great, every time I called I spoke with someone immediately and didn't have a machine to talk to, and it was easy to set up the appointment.

They're extremely smart and thorough. Not only that but they're extremely professional, upbeat and calm.

They completed it timely and was very professional. I'm actually planning on using their services again for a mold inspection!

Don't choose a company based on price. Choose a company based on quality, which is this MI&T. It's your home, after all!

The competitors that I called were not as informative, helpful, and the customer service left much to be desired. I was very happy that I found them. They are a 5 star business.

Their keen knowledge, brilliant intellect, their focus, insight...all these things and more are ASTONISHING.

MI&T answered all my questions making me feel like none of them were incorrect. They also immediatly found some major issues wrong with the house.
