I went in 2 days ago to get my toes done and i was there for an hour and a half waiting the lady in there was rushing on my feet slamming my feet around and I specifically asked for white acrylic on my toes and she decided to put clear nails and paint them white I still tipped her even though I was very upset with her.. I went home to find that my nails had bumps and also uneven so I went back to get my finger nails done and asked her if she could fix my toes and she told me no so I offered to pay her to fix my toes and she said "NO I NO FIX" she refused idk why she decided to not fix them even when i polity asked her to and I offered to pay I also recorded how she treated me..

I am very sad and disappointed with what I've experienced at OP nails.

there's two FACTS about this place that I experience after being here

#1 the salon is roach-infested

#2 they are very rude dirty people

I got a regular whitetip full set done for $30 a pedicure done for $24 and eyelash extensions done for $30. a guy did my pedicure first and the lady did the begining of my full set in the middle of getting my pedicure.. She did my full set in a rush and some of my nails looked uneven... I tried telling her how I felt she shut me out and wouldn't even listen to me I was way too nice to her she was very rude and didn't care.

&she also did my eyelash extensions

the only reason why I wanted to do the eyelash extensions was because the lady told me that they were going to last three weeks. I feel lied to because my eyelash extensions came off by themselves after ONLY ONE DAY!!! I feel scammed, I feel lied to,

They are the worst! Rude, dirty, incompetent. They ruined my daughter's nails. Don't go there if are worried about somebody absolutely ruining your looks!!

I have been here 2 times and love how they do my nails the staff is very friendly and remember you when you return another time I also like how fast they do my nails and they last along time I will define try recommend this place

This is the WORST shop I have EVER been to and will never return. The only reason I gave 1 star is because you have too.

I am very happy about the work i recieved at O.P Nails, great and amazing work were given to me and the young lady is just as amazing and is so nice and is very friendly.

This is the best nail shop Ive ever been to, Ive tried different places and I never got the positive energy as I do here. They welcome me with a big smile and open arms as if I were part of the family. I could never do their job, they have the craziest people go in there. And with patience they manage threw those ugly, mean people. xoxoxo to the entire family

<3 yall...this place is great as soon as u come in they greet u with a smile and a hello :) ...they are so comfortin like no other place really :) ...ive been goin there for quite some months. Their staff is so wonderful :) so nice :) ..i always leave w a smile on my face :) ..I strongly recommend this place :) .......C u guys at d shop later :) ...

best prices, nails are rockin, sweet and extremely nice technicians, will recommend to every girl I know!!!! family owned and operated.

I love this place! Took forever to find a new girl after mine went to work in a medical office for insurance reasons. I've now been going for 3 years. They are so nice! My girl is amazingly skilled at doing nails and nail art/designs and I've grown attached. Won't go anywhere else for nails/pedi.

This place caught me by surprise, i was just in this area for an errand and had to get my nails done bad!!! Ran into a family own, the girl that did my nails name is Anhna she did a wonderful job on my nails the best i had gotten in years , we had great conversations about different subjects, she was just a down to earth gal not to mention she spoke proper English.. i always have issues with salons that did not communicate with their clients , she had me at wow... i live in fountain hill, however now i wish i lived in this area just because of her ... whenever im in this area i will make every attempt to pay her a visit.. thanks Anhna i love them you are a talented girl and you will do well see you in a month Katherine :)
