Provided by YP.comCool bike shop, I dropped my bike off for a tune-up and they dialed it in for me! I will recommend this bike shop to my riding buddies.

I went into this shop to have a wheel that I had previously trued myself trued by these guys because a spoke broke and I figured I had overtensioned or something. I got in there, was barely acknowledged and treated extremely rudely. The older mechanic pointed his finger at me and told me people that don't know what they're doing shouldn't be touching things like it was his bike or something. He also told me to throw my spoke wrench away probably 4 times and was cutting me off everytime I tried to say anything. He insulted the spokes on the wheel and brand of bike...I couldn't get a word in edgewise. I'm EXTREMELY mechanical and have rebuilt 3 bikes completely. Admittedly, this was my first attempt at trueing and I way overtensioned the spokes- I wouldve loved some pointers, but got scolded pretty harshly instead. Completely inappropriate and unproffesional. I got home with the wheel and I swear it had 2 bumps 2-3mm's radially! It's by far the worst trueing job I have ever seen!!!

My wife and I went to Palo Verde Bicycle Shop on August 22 2009. We were looking for a comfort bicycle for her to ride around the paved/dirt trails in Northeast Phoenix. We wanted more information on the Trek Women's Navigator 2.0. We told the owner what we were looking for and we had some questions about the bicycle. He took the time to listen to us and he answered all our questions. He even let my wife go for a test ride. When she came back she was sold on it. We bought the bike as well as a helmet and other accessories. If you want an honest and real bicycle store; we highly recommend Palo Verde Bicycle Shop. A+++++.

Very helpful, right prices. I have an old bike with a broke shifter, REI wanted like $60 for a pair of fancy, billet, chrome plated doo-dads. I went to Palo verde, he went in the back and found a new, but 80's vintage part that fit. $8 out the door. This guy know his stuff and has what you need!
