There is a manager at this location that's rude & sent our daughter away in tears from false advertising & not honoring their mistake. We shop here frequently & now we won't. We went to purchase 2 small pets advertised as $12.99. A separate associate showed the manager where we got them & they rang up for $22.99 each. She pointed to the 3rd level cage of a different breed & said "No, that's how much they are", & said "what happened to the sign? Both 1st & 2nd level animals were advertised for $12.99 on the glass where the associate grabbed/boxed the 2 pets we were so excited to purchase CLEARLY NOT $22.99. We asked to honor the false advertising since it was not our faults & she ignored us & walked away. We went to purchase these pets due to our daughter experiencing her first family member passing away & wanted to cheer her up. But due to some rude person not having the decency to actually care & do their job to the best of their ability, we didn't. Watch out for the mean manager!
