Of all the companies I have ever done business with; Phoenix Pest & Termite Control has the worst customer service. I went with them because they were a family owned business and I thought I would get better service that was a HUGE mistake. They were over any hour late for the first appointment; which was completely ineffective. I think I had more ants and cockroaches after they sprayed then before. Since their service is guaranteed for 30 days I called them back; another big mistake. This time I asked that they call me when they were on their way; that way I would not have to take an entire morning off of work. They called me; so I rushed home to meet them and after 40 minutes of waiting I called their dispatcher who told me that the technician decided to go to another job and would be there later. After waiting around the house for an hour (so an hour and half after the initial call) I finally had to give up and go back to work. I talked to the onsite manager several times while I was waiting around and he could not have cared less. If I could give negative stars to this company I would.
