I have known Leonard for over 25 years and I recommend his store to everyone. Leonard and his entire staff have always been very courteous and helpful every time I have gone into the store. I moved out of state 3 years ago but retained my home in the Foothills and as I have needed prompt help repairing my pool pump or pool vac, all I had to do was call, the repair was done and always at a more than fair price. Home Depot may be cheaper on some things, but the convenience and the local support that this business offers more than makes up for it. Go visit Plaza Hardware, you'll be glad you did.

This place is close to my house, but i would rather drive 45 miles out of my way than come back here again. This place had the worst customer service and they were beyond rude. I was trying to talk the owner at the store and i tried to explain to him my situation, but instead of listening to me, he started yelling at me. I had a pool equipment that he did not carry at his store so instead of offering any type of help, he started to yell at me. "What do you need?! What's the problem?! We don't carry that brand here!" i was appalled. i would never go back here again. if i could, i would give this place zero stars.
