This company is awful when it comes to cleaning the pool. The pool got algae and was green AFTER the service started. They techs do not show when they are supposed to. Example: Told "due to storms" the Tech could not make it his normal day Wednesday but would be there Thursday. Told on Thursday that the Tech could not make it because he quit 1/2 way through his shift and they would send somebody Friday. No call and no show Friday. Promised twice a Tech would show on Saturday. BUT......you guessed it, no show. I did the pool myself. As much work as I had to do on the pool to keep it clean AFTER I hired this company, they should be paying me. No more Pool Agency for me. Only good thing about them is they do get back to you with excuses and empty promise.
