The hospice nursing care was great. They were caring & stayed in touch. However the administration staff lacks compassion & understanding of the timeliness for out-of-city funeral services. They had two days to get the death paperwork to the doctor for his signature but it was not until 10am on the 3rd day (today) before the Dr received them. As of 2pm, it has not been signed & faxed to the County office. Critical nature is the transport permit issued from the county. The male individual was rude, condescending & did not care to listen to my complaint on their delay. Funeral is supposed to happen tomorrow. I recommend any other hospice besides this one for responsible administration of time-critical paperwork!!
