R&L does great embroidery work. But the service is awful. I was told my order would be ready on a certain day and upon going to pick up, I was told it wasn't ready.. no courtesy phone call at all. Several orders I put in were incorrectly embroidered and I felt like it was a push to get them to correct their mistake. This last time, I was told the owner would replace the jacket he incorrectly embroidered. He told me he would let me know by Monday... I haven't heard anything. Terrible customer service. I gave them several chances, knowing it's a small mom and pop shop and mistakes happen. But when you take no initiative to fix your mistakes, that's when I'll take my business elsewhere. I have tried to get in touch with the owner but they answer their phones maybe 1/5 times you call and the store is randomly closed at different times of the day, which makes it even harder to get in touch. Stay aware from this place unless you want to deal with the headache of fixing items they messed up on and having to pay out of pocket to fix their mistake.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE USED R&L THEY DID A FREAT JOB EVERYTHING CAME OUT JUST THE WAY I ORDERD VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF WILL USE AGAIN NO DOUGHT

I have been lied to several times by owner, Richard of R and L Embroidery. In late June, ordered shirts to be ready for pick up on August 1. I called him several times toward end of july but he did not return calls until July 30. He called me and told me the shirts were ready and sitting in a box on the counter. On Aug 3 I went to pick them up. They were not ready. Lie #1. He told me they would be ready in 90 minutes. And that he only had 8 shirts left to do. I returned 2 hours later and still not ready. Waited another hour and he said they were ready. I brought them home and the order was one shirt short. I have talked to him several times and he was going to mail it out to me. A week later have not received it. I would NEVER do business with this company again. You have been warned. He makes promises he cannot keep

Stay away. Stay very far away from this place! In the past two months, I have received one order which had to be redone due to incorrect color scheme. The second order I've place hasn't been started yet, after two and a half months! I've been lied to by these people, and their chronic lateness and inability to produce what is promised makes my business look bad! Even a one star rating is two stars too much!
