I'm writing this review with tears in my eyes. They have a no return policy but I do believe that when I business cares about their customers. I rushed the prescription for my dog who was sick. I asked the lady at the front desk if there was a chance for me to get my money back if my pet didn't make it and she said that sometimes they are nice and they make an exception. Well, my beloved Jasmine passed away that same day. It will cost me $260 to get my dog cremated and since she's a member of my family that is the least I can do. I called the pharmacy and spoke to 2 different people and they didn't care and refused to help me out. I had prescriptions there filled in the past and at a 160% markup on those prescription, I think they got their money back on me. They could've made an exception and do the right thing but they are not here to help sick pets, this is a business and they don't care about you. All they want is their money.

Haven't had any problems with this pharmacy. My cat has cancer and needs a variety of meds. The refills have been timely and the techs have been very friendly and helpful.

Slow delivery. So-called customer service representatives are no friendly or helpful. High prices and bad service. I will not use them again.

If you're in a hurry for your pet's medication, do NOT, I repeat, do NOT get it from Roadrunner. My vet's office ordered my pet's meds on a Tuesday, RR called and got payment on EARLY Wednesday morning and my vet's called on Friday afternoon, the meds hadn't yet shipped, yet, miraculously when I called to cancel the order, Summer said they'd already shipped that day! A miracle! Too late for a refund and we don't care about how sick your kitty is, we just care about our bottom line!

DO NOT EVER Use this Pharmacy ...

DO NOT EVER Use this Pharmacy don't even try them NOT even 1 x ! After having to call them 4 x's because of them putting me on hold and being discounted speaking to Sam, Cindy, Jodi and them Finally a SUMMER, I got some help if that's what you want to call it? And after Summer stating more then once that "THEY ARE A LARGE COMPANY!" and making me feel like I was NOT important enough of a customer because of them being SO Larger, made me feel like my dogs medication for seizure was not being handled because she still had to investigate the medication was not mailed out on Friday to get to me by Tuesaday so instead of taken care of me a Good costumer and mail out my meds 1st because my dog needs his meds and then they could have call me back after they investagate, but 1st care for the customer. No they instead charged my credit card and still sat on my meds made me wait all morning I had to call back again because Summer told me at 10am that she didn't know how long it was going to take to investagate because once again being told not once but 4x's that "THEY ARE SO LARGE" she didn't know what time she could get back to me, so again not wanting to wait gave her and hour called her back 4x's being placed on hold and disconnected all 4x's then final speaking to Summer to still get NO Resalution because "THE'RE SO LARGE OF A COMPANY" I still didn't get my meds mailed. So I changed PHYARMACY , and I suggest to you New Customers do the same or DONT EVEN USE THEM, THE'RE WAY TO LARGE FOR YOU! THEY DONT NEED YOUR BUISNESS!!!!! Thanks ROADRUNNER Pharmacy and THANK you Summer for helping me find a pharmacy that needs my money, and more importantly find a pharmacy that will help me get my Meds for my dog so he WON'T DIE,,, and they care if I get my dogs meds 1's before the run around and my money!!!!

VERY VERY disappointed that th...

VERY VERY disappointed that this pharmacy canceled my order by phone but shipped it anyways. Now they are charging ME and will not REFUND MY ORDER BECAUSE THEIR PROCEDURES WHERE NOT FOLLOWED.



Very POOR business and customer service. WILL NOT do business here and will let all of my vets know I will not purchase meds from them as well. My puppy could not go 6 days without meds. Shame on them! Summer lacks customer service in the front office. HER people need to meet ASAP on THEIR policies and procedures!
