I'm gonna make this short and to the point. I had a complaint about the way I was treated with one of the employees at Rocky Point Reservations. I received no help from anyone on fixing the problem. I felt like they should've done something and could have resolved the issue very simple. I also received extra charges for things I did not get. They should have removed the charges without any questions. It wasn't the best experience. We will not be using them anymore. What happened was very unreasonable.
