My experience with this company is the worst I have ever had with any company ever! I called 3 times to re-schedule before the first delivery attempt, never got a call back or response until I emailed the owner. The owner asked for more money as an “after-hours” fee to accommodate my 6pm or later availability, even though their website says “available 24/7 for on demand work”…Was given only 1 Saturday availability and told no other Saturdays would be set up for me. I asked 3 times what the extra fee was and still to this day have never been told what their extra fee would be…I felt obligated to take the only Saturday they would give me; they never showed up. In fact, they told me I was called by someone to confirm Saturday and that I canceled it, which never happened. They just didn’t show up, canceled it themselves, didn’t let me know and blamed me for their mistake. They only care about being right and will even make up things to seem right. Finally, I had them just deliver the bed frame to my front door, was reimbursed by the online furniture company that this came from and I set it up myself. The owner unprofessionally text me days after the fact with no apology, all excuses, and made it clear that they are a medical and mining equipment delivery company, as in furniture delivery and assembly isn’t their focus or priority. He said he was never going to tell me the after-hours fee that I requested, continued to harass me through text even after I told him that I’m confused why he would even be texting me. He called me saying I think I’m so special with my “White Glove” delivery, yelling and telling me to shut up, then proceeded to tell me that “I delivered your bed frame to your door. I know where you live. You think you’re so successful, but I’ve seen where you live…” which I’m not sure if it was a threat and/or his way of trying to say I’m living in a dump or something in Gilbert. Unbelievable. They’re not accredited thru the BBB…There’s a reason
