Sanctuary bonds was there to help get me out! Thank You so much!

I was so distraught when I got word my best friend had gotten into a lot of trouble. I had never dealt with a bail bonds company but after doing a Google search and calling a few different companies I ended up going with Sanctuary Bail Bonds, and I'm so happy I did! I called in the middle of the night and spoke with Amy. She was professional and knowledgeable, plus she was able to calm me down and explain the whole process to me. She was extremely patient with all my questions as well. I can not say the other companies I called were half as friendly as she was at 3AM.



The amount of the bond was very high, so it took me a few days to work on the collateral. Anytime I had a question there was always a LIVE person to answer my call and help me.



They were straight forward and very reasonable with the fees. One time I called in I actually had one of the owners; Randy Feldman answer. He along with his team were always respectful of the situation my friend...and I were going through.

OK so I'll give them 2stars for the fact they posted a bond for a county they were not in and kept me out of jail that much longer, however, they lied about fees to transport if my friend decided to revoke bond, they stole from my home when they were "looking" to rearrest me and then tried blaming it on another friend of mine. Yea, they were willing to help me out in a polite manner face to face, but make sure if there are any little side deals about altering any fees so your not flat broke, or to help you save money and think your getting a deal, make sure you get it all in black and white. Don't trust a word that comes out of their mouth. Because in the end of it all, theyre just out to get your money like all the rest of them. They are a bunch of thieves, especially Gary and Wes. B00M! Real talk

Had my first experience needing a bond for my boyfriend.
