My experience with scrap city in Phoenix Arizona was one of the worst experience I have ever had with a recycle yard. Joe, in my opinion, is a liar, untrustworthy SOB. He will take advantage of you if you were to turn your back on him. He does not do what he says he going to do for you. In the long run, it will be a waste of time dealing with him and ultimately you will be cheated. His son is no better.
