during the hottest week in Phoenix history, I called S&S for help because AC compressor failed. S&S did not come out for 6 days, it was 111`F everyday i waited. The day they schedule to come, S&S didnt show but called to say they could find my house. Setup another time for next day between 10 and 2pm. I called to be sure I would not miss the tech, whom showed up at 5:30pm to stay for 5 minutes and take pictures. His report said the install was improperly done and that a whole new system was needed.

Even though it had been inspected AND serviced 2 times in 6 months for basic maintenance, (around 12 hours of effort). where no problems were identified.

S&S techs wasnt qualified to access the issue, nor did he care -left without doing any work. S&S owner AMY told me her tech was the best they had. She also insulted me for complaining about service delays, telling me to call someone else if I wanted better service.
