Provided by YP.comShowcase Honda sold me a car April 11 2013 6 months ago for $12,000.00 sale price according to my sales agreement even with $5000.00 I put down . It is only worth $6000.00 according to Kelly Bluebook even with the 300 miles I put on it. I have to keep it now and cant trade it in because I am so upside down in it. I have waited 20 years to rebuild my credit up and they took advantage of this. I now have to keep this car for the 5 years. To trade it in I would have to pay double for any car I get and as I keep this car it will be worth less ever 6 months. Showcase Honda sold me a car that is worth 6000.00 . I didn't even think to look up the blue book I trusted them. My mistake. So thank you Showcase Honda , you got your money at my expense. Shame on you. I will never do business with Showcase Honda or Arizona Credit Union because they approved a loan on a car that wasn't worth $12,000.00 its worth half. Beg reality check for me, trust no one. Especially Showcase Honda. Thanks

Provided by YP.comI have NEVER given a company a bad or negative review in all of these years of internet purchases. It is just not my personality type. I have enjoyed, however, the guidance of a multitude of other reviewer's efforts over the years to shy away from problem performances, and so this one has made me so mad that I signed up for Google and Google Plus just to make this problem known.
I ordered a simple replacement side mirror plastic cover from Showcase Honda, but for my exact model, year, transmission and every other identifiable quality, there were two possible part numbers. So, I ordered one, thinking that the return, if wrong, would surely be worth the return shipping costs. Well, I chose the wrong part. The tabs were simply not in the right place. I could tell immediately and did not even try to install the part. Here is where the problem begins.
I called Showcase and left a message for the "Parts" Department. No answer. I tried again a few days later. No response. I emailed Showcase, and I called directly yet again. No luck at all. I am persistent, so I called one more time to the main number, not the Parts Department, and spoke to a very personable receptionist and explained my problem, my order number, and the total lack of response. I thought this would do it, because she said she would make sure the Parts Manager was informed and that I could await a response. Can you believe it? Absolutely NO RESPONSE. I simply wanted to send the one part back, at my expense, and try the other part number (which fit exactly, by the way, from another parts dealer). So, be fairly warned. There is absolutely no way to deal with these people in any kind of civilized, communicative way. I am very forgiving by nature, so when I thought the first few attempts were misplaced, I tried again and again but without any smidgen of satisfaction. As I type this, I am looking at the nicely packaged but wrong part which I guess I will just have to throw away. Unfortunately, this reflects on the upper management as well, and as a business owner, I heartily receive these (very rare) comments about my own business so that we can always move forward.
Don't order online parts from Showcase as there is absolutely NO customer service to back it up. It is well worth an extra couple of dollars to go with a reputable supplier.

Provided by YP.comShowcase honda promises a bird dog referral of 100 dollars for referrals and then doesn't actually give the hundred dollars to the person that brought them the sale/business. they are very greedy. they sale used cars that are "safety cleared" via "inspection" with less than 15% brakes left as well as massive mechanical problems such as extreme engine leaks of very important fluids such as oil, power steering fluids which could cause mechanical failure. they only do the repairs before selling a "safe" vehicle if the cost of the repairs justifies a financial profit. they also don't pay employees correctly and treat employees that work 78 plus hours per week very badly w/ sexual harassment, verbal harassment, yelling in "motivational" meetings and religious harassment of only one religion of course; but complete tolerance and no religious harassment to the ignorant man made religions such as buddhism, atheism, etc.......managers here should be the last people on earth "managing" people and processes as they are emotional babies and even asking a question to them sets them off into tantrums as they are very mentally weak, sensitive and incapable of handling stress and simple duties.

Provided by YP.comShowcase Honda was extremely helpful and knowledgable when I went to buy a new car. Their sales staff treated me with respect and really helped me out when it came to financing my car. This is my new place to shop for a car!
