Provided by YP.comHands down the worst experience of my entire life. I got a D.U.I. in 2008 and finally began driving again in December 2011. In order to reinstate my license, I had to get an interlock installed and chose SmartStart, but then the nightmare began. First, it took them over three hours to install the device. I had to repeatedly hum and blow into this machine, which usually took about twenty seconds, and demanded you release an entire blow or it wont start your car and let me warn you, you feel light headed afterwards. I then got a violation for eating a cookie. It's highly sensitive and I had to speak with a administrative hearing officer because they were trying to extend it for a year. Antonio, one of the service techs you'll have to see once a month for a calibration has to be the most rude worker I've ever met and one of the most ignorant as well. The last month I had it SmartStart also sent the MVD a fake report from a vehicle I wasn't even driving in order to try and extend my requirements another year. Thank God Almighty there was a great service worker at the Executive Hearing Office named Jim, a saint, that overlooked my file and saved my bacon big time. Everyone, this is a crooked place and I highly, highly advise you to find somewhere else to get an interlock installed. If this doesn't convince you, just watch the investigative report that channel 5 covered on this company.
